Odoo Technical Consultant

• Key Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience

  • Design, develop, customize, and integrate Odoo modules

  • Work across Accounting, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and CRM

  • Build custom apps, features, dashboards, and reports

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization

  • Collaborate with functional teams to deliver client requirements

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers

  • Commit to a full-time onsite role and direct ERP project involvement

Requirements

• 5+ years Odoo development, with strong module expertise

• Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript (OWL/QWeb), PostgreSQL

• Experience with Odoo 15+; integrations via APIs;

• Familiarity with ERP best practices and data security

• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
