• Learn and Execute: Assist in executing manual and automated test cases to validate fintech applications, including mobile payment platforms and web-based financial services.
• Support Test Automation: Collaborate with senior engineers to write and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Playwright, Appium, Selenium, and Rest Assured.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside developers, product managers, and senior QA team members to understand system requirements and design effective testing strategies for fintech features.
• Testing Execution: Participate in regression, integration, and functional testing to deliver seamless, bug-free user experiences in high-stakes financial environments.
• Defect Tracking: Identify, troubleshoot, and document software defects clearly, tracking them through resolution to enhance application reliability.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Foundational Knowledge:
◦ Solid understanding of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) principles, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
◦ Familiarity with various testing types
◦ Knowledge of bug tracking, lifecycle management, and clear documentation practices (e.g., writing precise bug reports and test cases).
◦ Basic comprehension of API concepts, client-server and microservice architecture
• Programming Basics: Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for script reading and basic logic.
• Eagerness to Learn: Passionate about learning modern automation frameworks (such as Playwright, Appium, or Selenium) and complex fintech technologies.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset with good communication skills.
