Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Scrum Master located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Scrum Master will be responsible for sprint planning, user story creation, facilitating communication, and overseeing software development processes.
Qualifications
Sprint Planning and User Stories skills
Strong Analytical Skills
Effective Communication skills
Experience in Software Development
Certification in Scrum Master or related field is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
