About The Position

Title: Junior Software Developer / Engineer

AfroReach is quickly expanding beyond SMS and we would like to invite developers who are eager to build impactful products with us – products that are already live and used by hundreds of businesses every day as well as new products which will serve the same scale of businesses.

Whether you’re a recent graduate or have some professional experience, if you’re curious, eager to learn, and love solving problems, we want to hear from you.

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving mindset — you think in solutions, not excuses.
• Good communication and people skills — you can collaborate, share ideas, and support teammates.
• Curiosity to explore, experiment, and learn new tools & technologies.
• Willingness to “try, break, fix, improve” — and share what you’ve learned.

• Your thought processes when facing technical challenges building such projects.
