DailyEat Delivery leverages deep expertise honed in high-stakes international logistics markets to bring reliable world class food delivery and and hyper-local fulfilment to Addis ababa we are seeking talented , highly motivated applicants to join our core internal launch team.
POSITION: Technical Lead
Gross Salary: 50,000 ETB / Month
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports directly to the Founder / Managing Director
Core Mandate: Take complete engineering ownership of the app and web platforms. Partner with the contracted agency from day one to audit all infrastructure setups, police daily code commits on our private Cloud VPS repository, mentor the junior internal developers, and securely execute the total technical takeover of the live ecosystem on Day 366.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering. 2–4+ years of verified full-stack product engineering experience (logistics, fintech, or high-volume e-commerce startups strictly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to read, architect, and debug Native Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift), and modern web frameworks.
- Expert proficiency in PostgreSQL, Redis (GEO schemas), Git workflows, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud VPS server optimization.
