DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a strong DevOps Engineer to help us automate infrastructure, improve CI/CD pipelines, and ensure reliable deployments. You’ll partner with engineering teams to build scalable systems, enhance monitoring/alerting, and reduce operational overhead.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD and automation**

Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases

Improve build speed, deployment processes, and release quality

Infrastructure and deployments**

Manage and deploy infrastructure using tools such as Terraform/Ansible (edit to match)

Support containerized applications and deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)

Cloud and operations**

Provision and manage cloud resources (AWS/GCP/Azure—edit to match)

Ensure environments are secure, consistent, and scalable

Monitoring and reliability**

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems

Perform troubleshooting and incident support; implement fixes and preventive measures

Security and best practices**

Apply security best practices to pipelines and infrastructure

Manage secrets and access controls using appropriate tooling

Collaboration**

Work closely with developers to streamline workflows and improve observability

Requirements

Cloud experience**

Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure (choose the one you use)

CI/CD**

Hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps

Containers & orchestration**

Working knowledge of Docker

Experience with Kubernetes (optional if not required—edit)

Infrastructure as Code**

Experience with Terraform and/or Ansible

Linux and networking**

Strong Linux fundamentals and troubleshooting skills

Basic understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, and security groups/firewalls

Scripting and automation**

Proficiency in Python / Bash / Go / PowerShell (choose relevant)

Observability**

Experience with Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Sentry, or similar tools (edit)

Communication**

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience with security scanning (SAST/DAST/dependency scanning)

Knowledge of service meshes or advanced Kubernetes operations

Experience with cost optimization and performance tuning

Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and data infrastructure
