Part-Time Software Engineer (Remote)

Qualia Solutions is hiring a part-time Software Engineer to join our team remotely. You'll build, maintain and improve web applications and internal tools, working closely with our team across time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain features for web applications and internal tools

• Write clean, tested, well-documented code

• Integrate third-party APIs and services

• Troubleshoot bugs and improve performance

• Communicate progress clearly and work independently in a remote setup

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional software development experience

• Proven remote work experience (required)

• Strong skills in JavaScript and/or Python, with experience in React or Node.js

• Comfortable with Git, REST APIs and async collaboration tools

• Good written and spoken English

• Reliable internet and availability for part-time hours with some overlap with US Central Time

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms, databases or automation and AI tools
