Role Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect who bridges technical depth with business acumen. As a key connector between cutting-edge technology and customer business value, you will not only master cloud architecture design and implementation but also possess keen business insight to translate abstract technical capabilities into tangible, quantifiable business outcomes. You will engage directly with customers to diagnose pain points, design and implement cloud solutions that are innovative, feasible, and cost-effective, while empowering internal teams and ecosystem partners to drive successful digital transformation. This is not just a technical role; it is a strategic position that drives business growth through technology and creates long-term value through architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Acumen & Requirements Translation: Proactively engage with customer business scenarios to accurately identify core needs and opportunities through structured interviews, process mapping, and pain point analysis. Translate ambiguous business goals into clear, actionable technical requirements and architectural blueprints, ensuring solutions remain centered on customer value.
• Architecture Design & Implementation: Design highly available, secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud-native architectures based on customer needs and industry best practices, covering complex scenarios such as hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, edge computing, and AI/Big Data. Lead solution reviews, technical validation, and implementation, coordinating across R&D, delivery, and operations teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production and sustained stability.
• Technical Enablement & Evangelism: Serve as an internal technical advisor to provide architectural support and training to sales, delivery, and product teams. Act as an external technical evangelist through industry salons, technical sharing, and white papers to convey cloud architecture concepts, build customer trust, and drive solution standardization and scalable replication.
• Value Validation & Continuous Optimization: Establish a value assessment framework to quantify efficiency gains, cost savings, and business growth through performance monitoring, cost analysis, and business metric tracking. Continuously iterate and optimize architecture based on feedback data, creating a "Design-Implement-Validate-Optimize" closed loop to ensure solutions stay aligned with customer business development.

Qualifications

• Professional Background & Industry Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture design or related domains. Must have prior experience in the financial industry or with a public cloud provider. Candidates should be familiar with financial business scenarios, regulatory compliance, and risk management, or have hands-on experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Support Expert at major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, etc.), capable of deeply integrating industry know-how with cloud platform capabilities.
• Cloud Platform & Cloud-Native Tech Stack: Proficient in the core services and architecture of at least one major public cloud platform, with experience in large-scale cloud resource planning, cost optimization, and security compliance design. Master containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native stacks, with practical experience in designing microservices architectures, elastic scaling, and high-availability deployment. Proficient in DevOps practices, skilled in CI/CD toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible), with proven ability in automated operations, continuous delivery, and Infrastructure as Code.
• AI Development & Architecture Experience: Possess experience in AI-related development or architecture design, familiar with LLM application deployment, RAG architecture, vector databases, and MLOps. Have practical cases of building AI training/inference platforms on public cloud, implementing model service deployment and performance optimization. Capable of combining AI capabilities with cloud-native architecture to design AI application solutions that support high concurrency, low latency, and observability, driving scalable AI adoption in business scenarios.
• Business & Communication Skills: Excellent business understanding and communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical value to business decision-makers in non-technical language. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and resource integration, balancing technical feasibility with business goals across diverse stakeholder interests. Strong documentation and presentation skills, capable of producing well-structured, logically rigorous architectural documents and reports.
• Mindset & Attributes: Structured thinking and problem-solving abilities to quickly identify core issues and formulate effective solutions in complex, ambiguous scenarios. Maintain sensitivity and passion for new technologies, continuously tracking advancements in cloud-native, AI, edge computing, and other frontier fields.
