Experience
0-1 years of IT experience. For zero year work experience, candidates must have graduated in 2024 or later and a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.0 and above.
Internship, volunteer work, school projects, or with high technical support experience can be valuable.
Technical Skills
Computer hardware and software troubleshooting
Windows operating systems
Basic networking: LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addresses, routers and switches
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Software installation and configuration
Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
