We have an animated app that teaches young children to read and write Amharic Fidel. We are hiring six Account Managers to bring it into kindergartens across Addis Ababa some regional areas.

This is field sales. You find the schools yourself: build your list, get recommendation letters from woreda education offices, call directors, set appointments, walk in.

WHAT YOU DO

• Cold-call school directors and owners and set appointments

• Present Endless HaHu in person and activate the school's KG classes

• Run parent sessions at schools and subscribe parents on the spot

• Train KG teachers and manage your portfolio of schools

• Report daily on the Company platform

WHO WE WANT

• Someone directors trust in the first five minutes — former teachers, vice-directors, education officers welcome

• Experience selling to schools is a strong advantage

• Fluent Amharic; English for reporting

• Comfortable demonstrating an app on a tablet

• Not put off by a closed door. Many calls per meeting, several visits per activation

• Honest. Every subscription is verified

WHAT YOU EARN

• Gross salary: ETB 19,686 per month, paid regardless of results

• Performance pay: up to ETB 5,000 per month on written KPIs

• Commission: ETB 125 for every parent who subscribes through your schools — no ceiling

• Depth bonus: ETB 1,000 when a school reaches 10 paying parents, ETB 2,500 at 30

• Transport and communication allowance

• Tablet with the full product

100 parents → ETB 39,186

Fifty parents a month is four schools at twelve or thirteen parents each.

Full-time, indefinite contract, 60 working-day probation. Full product and child-safety training provided.

Shortlisted candidates demonstrate the product to a real school director as part of selection.
