Information Technology System Support Executive

Job Purpose:

Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, supporting new system deployments, and ensuring efficient and reliable IT service delivery across the organization.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to users.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.

• Support deployment of new IT solutions and user training.

• Maintain positive relationships with internal customers.

• Assist in IT projects and continuous service improvement.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to install, configure, and support IT systems and end-users.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet service response timelines.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and support continuous improvement.
