Our company would like to hire an energetic and enthusiastic customer service and Sales specialist. Therefore, you are invited to be part of our dynamic and innovative teams that values excellence in customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's products and services to potential customers with sales person.
- Build and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Professionally resolve customer issues and complaints
- Lead, coach, and manage waiters or out door sales teams.
- Design marketing and promotional materials, brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts,
- Develop & implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns across social medias,
- Manage the company's social media platforms and online presence
- Ensure room cleanliness, decor, service quality and implementation of the juice policies and procedures.
- Creating and applying marketing and sales strategy to promote the company offerings
- Achieve sales, volume, distribution, and profitability targets and prepare operation report
Compensation: attractive commission plus breakfast and lunch coverage

Requirements
Education
- BA Degree in Marketing and sales Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Hospitality Management or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of proven Sales Experience or Customer Service
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong execution mindset ability to deliver results, not just ideas
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to create high-quality content (graphics, short videos, social media posts)
- Strong ability in managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
