English AI Text-to-Speech Voice-Over Specialist

Important: The required workload is 4 completed videos per week. Each video is approximately 2 hours long, and you will receive the full English script from us. You will be responsible for producing the complete AI voice-over with multiple character voices, emotions, natural pacing, and pauses.
Completing 4 videos per week is a mandatory requirement for this position. Please apply only if you can consistently meet this schedule.
We are seeking a skilled AI voice-over specialist to convert English movie scripts into natural, engaging, and professional-sounding voice narration.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert English scripts into high-quality AI voice-over.
Use different voices for different characters.
Match the appropriate emotion, tone, and mood of each scene.
Make narration and character dialogue sound natural and expressive.
Adjust pacing, pauses, emphasis, and delivery to fit the story.
Deliver clean, well-organized audio ready for video editing.
Qualifications:
Experience with AI Text-to-Speech or AI voice-over tools.
Ability to create multiple distinct voices for male and female characters.
Good understanding of emotional voice delivery and storytelling.
Ability to create natural-sounding English voices for multiple male and female characters.
Experience with movies, dubbing, or YouTube content is a plus.
Monthly Salary: 5,000 ETB
