Senior Showroom Officer

Pitron Technology Solutions PLC is looking for a Senior Showroom Officer to run its Merchandise showroom. The role covers sales, customer service, product displays, inventory accuracy, showroom staff supervision and smooth daily operations, all in support of the unit’s sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and keep products properly displayed, labeled and priced.
• Drive showroom sales, advise customers on suitable products, and prepare quotations and sales orders.
• Monitor showroom stock, record all products in the ERP system, run regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Supervise, guide and assign daily tasks to showroom staff, and maintain high customer service standards.
• Build customer relationships, handle complaints and follow up on inquiries.
• Register warranty and maintenance requests and coordinate repairs or replacements with the Maintenance Center.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports for the Merchandise SBU Manager.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Sales, Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in showroom management, retail sales, customer service or a related role.

An advantage:

• Experience supervising staff or coordinating sales activities.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Knowledge of computers, IT equipment, networking devices and accessories.
