Junior System Administration & Support Officer

1. Assist in the analysis of IT System requirements and participate in feasibility studies to determine the best use of technical resources.
2. Under the direct supervision of Head, System Administration and Support Division, take part in installing, maintaining, and upgrading IT systems.
3. Implement and operate Breakthrough Trading S. C’s Data Management program.
4. Assist in the implementation of MIS.
5. Assist Timely maintenance and rectification of hard wares or soft wares in different work units.
6. Assist the timely preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, soft wares, and network connections.
7. Give support to/help company staff in fixing their computer problems.
8. Undertake preventive and corrective maintenance of all Breakthrough Trading S.C computer hardware and software.
9. Closely follow up systems integration and design efficiency.
10. Participate in Conducting IT reform training to all concerned staff in the Company
11. Assist in the development of operator’s manual and technical manuals describing the system structure.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education

BSC Information Technology/Computer Science or other related fields
