About

We are building a scalable Super App that combines multiple digital services, existing applications, APIs, partners, and AI capabilities into one mobile and web ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement architecture for Android, iOS, web, backend, and databases.

• Build a modular platform allowing new services to be added with minimal core changes.

• Design APIs, authentication, authorization, SSO, notifications, and integration standards.

• Build reusable mobile modules, navigation, deep linking, secure storage, and user accounts.

• Develop scalable backend APIs and PostgreSQL databases.

• Integrate third-party, legacy, and independent applications.

• Implement security, API protection, monitoring, CI/CD, and production deployment.

• Optimize scalability, performance, reliability, and availability.

• Support Google Play and Apple App Store releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software development experience.

• Strong full-stack development experience.

• Proven production experience building a Super App or multi-service mobile platform.

• Strong Flutter/cross-platform, backend/API, and PostgreSQL experience.

• Experience integrating multiple applications and third-party services.

• Strong knowledge of scalable architecture, security, authentication, authorization, and SSO.

• Experience with CI/CD, Git/GitHub/GitLab, cloud/DevOps, and production systems.

• Ability to work across mobile, web, backend, database, infrastructure, and security.

• Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and ownership skills.

Super App Experience — Highly Important

Candidates with experience in the following are strongly encouraged to apply:

• Building a Super App from architecture to production.

• Multi-service mobile applications and modular service integration.

• Integrating existing/legacy systems.

• SSO across multiple services.

• Payment, banking, mobile money, KYC/identity, SMS, and notification integrations.

• API Gateway/BFF architectures.

• Large-scale production operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Adding new services without rebuilding the core platform.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on engineer who can own the full lifecycle: architecture → development → integration → deployment → production support. You should be able to demonstrate real production Super App/multi-service experience and make practical, scalable architectural decisions.
