Network Engineer

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Network Communication, or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in network project delivery, implementation, or operation and maintenance

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle on-site delivery, commissioning, deployment, cutover, and go-live of enterprise network, WLAN, and security projects, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless AC/AP, and related equipment.

• Configure and maintain mainstream network equipment, including HUAWEI, H3C, and Cisco products.

• Perform daily network operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Prepare technical documentation, including implementation plans, cutover plans, acceptance documents, and operation and maintenance manuals.

• Work with customers to resolve network alarms and complex faults and provide technical support and emergency response.

• Participate in network planning and solution design, follow up on project implementation, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Skills & Competencies

• Familiarity with mainstream network, WLAN, and security products from HUAWEI, H3C, Cisco, or similar vendors.

• Ability to independently configure, commission, and troubleshoot network equipment.

• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, static and dynamic routing (OSPF/BGP), VPN, ACL, WLAN, and firewalls.

• Huawei HCIP, Cisco CCNP, or higher-level certification is preferred. • Good English communication skills.

• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to solve problems independently.
