URGENT VACANCY – TECHNICAL RECEPTIONIST
Madot Computer Solution PLC, a growing ICT and technology solutions company, is looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-oriented Technical Receptionist to join our team.
Location: Bole, Addis Ababa

Position: Technical Receptionist

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers and visitors professionally.
Receive and respond to telephone calls, inquiries, and customer requests.
Understand customers’ needs and direct them to the appropriate department or technical team.
Provide basic information about the company’s IT products and services.
Receive and properly record customer service and technical support requests.
Coordinate customer requests with Sales, Technical, and other relevant departments.
Maintain professional reception and customer-service standards.
Support basic administrative and documentation activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computers, printers, networking, software, and IT products.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, front office, or an IT-related environment is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new technical products and services.
Good English and Amharic communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Professional, confident, friendly, and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Strong willingness to learn and grow in the technology sector.
Preferred Candidate
We are especially interested in a professional and presentable female candidate with an IT/technology background, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.
Candidates living around Bole and nearby areas are highly preferred.
