Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Role:
Lead, control, and verify the company’s technology systems and digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee system architecture, development, and implementation.

• Supervise and verify developers, PMs, and technology partners.

• Review code, system quality, security, data accuracy, and performance.

• Manage cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, GitHub, and system access.

• Ensure technology meets business and operational requirements.

• Evaluate and approve technical solutions and new technologies.

• Protect company data, systems, and intellectual property.

• Report technical progress, risks, and recommendations directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in software architecture and technology management.

• Experience managing developers or technical teams.

• Knowledge of web/mobile systems, databases, APIs, cloud, and GIS.

• Strong problem-solving and verification skills.

• Agriculture/AgriTech experience is an advantage.
