Education: bachelors degree or Diploma in computer science.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Professional Experience in IT Support Network administration or similar technical role.
Technical Proficiency
strong knowledge of computer hard ware, troubleshooting and operating system
good understanding of networking concept (TCP/IP Routers ,Switches, DHCP,DNS)
Excellent Problem Solving abilities, Strong Customer Service operations and the ability to work independently or in a team under minimal supervision
