1. Deputy General Manager (DGM)
Department: Executive Management Reports To: The general Manager Location: Addis Ababa
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in executing company strategy and managing daily operations.
- Coordinate technical teams and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and performance indicators.
- Coordinate departments, clients, and stakeholders to resolve operational and technical challenges.
- Prepare management reports and recommend improvements in operational efficiency.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- - Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, electrical and communication Engineering or closely related field.
- -Having proven managerial certificate is advantageous
Required Work Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Required Managerial Skills
Operational planning and execution.
- Project scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and performance evaluation.
- Team coordination, staff supervision, and resource management.
- Client communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Risk identification, problem-solving, and timely decision-making.
Required Technical Skills
- Practical knowledge of software development, system analysis, database management, and application deployment.
- Understanding of AI, Big Data, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to coordinate developers, software engineers, system analysts, and technical project teams.
- Knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, system integration, and technical documentation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and IT service delivery.
