We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager – ICT Sector
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia | Full-Time
LeuNet ICT Solution is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities, strengthen our brand, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth.
:- Key Responsibilities
· Develop marketing plans aligned with LeuNet’s business goals.
· Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, and website content.
· Develop marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, presentations, articles, and social media content.
· Manage LeuNet’s brand and corporate communication across all channels.
· Run lead-generation campaigns in collaboration with the Sales team.
· Organize and manage events, exhibitions, webinars, and other activities.
· Conduct market & competitor research to identify new opportunities.
· Work with Sales & Presales teams to promote LeuNet’s ICT solutions.
· Monitor marketing performance: - lead generation, campaign results, digital engagement, and ROI, and prepare regular reports for management.
:- Required Qualifications & Skills
· BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, ICT, or a related field.
· 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the ICT sector.
· Proven experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
· Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.
· Strong content creation, branding, communication, and presentation skills.
· Good commercial understanding of ICT solutions such as Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Datacenter, ELV, UC&C, and IT Infrastructure.
· Ability to convert technical ICT solutions into clear and marketable content.
· Experience working with Sales teams to support customer acquisition and pipeline development.
· Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and performance reporting.
· Experience managing marketing teams is an advantage.
· Knowledge of Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, Microsoft / VMware is an advantage.
· Strong strategic thinking, creativity, organization, & problem-solving skills.
:- Preferred Certifications
Digital Marketing certifications such as Google, Meta, HubSpot, or other relevant marketing certifications are an advantage.
