IT Administrator & Technical Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field to support technical, administrative, research, and operational tasks.

The ideal candidate is technically capable, responsive, organized, and able to learn new tools quickly while completing assignments accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Organize, clean, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Conduct online research using AI tools and other digital resources.

Perform manual testing and clearly document technical issues.

Complete data labeling and annotation tasks when required.

Learn and work with new tools, software, and technologies.

Communicate progress, challenges, and completed work clearly.

Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Basic proficiency in Python.

Ability to effectively use AI tools for research and productivity.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Clear written and verbal English communication.

Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.

Reliable, punctual, responsive, and able to work full-time during required working hours.

Familiarity with basic machine-learning concepts is a plus.
