swipe and apply automatically; our Hands-Free service assigns a dedicated application specialist who runs the

whole search for the client, with guaranteed interviews or money back.

The role. You turn Applizy app users into Hands-Free clients. Every lead comes with an AI-generated intelligence

report built from their own job-search data, so you open every conversation with evidence, not a cold pitch. You run

consult calls on Zoom, close the sale, and hand clients to Customer Success. You also run our UGC creator

program to bring new users into the funnel.

What you'll do

Work a daily queue of qualified leads in HubSpot, using Claude-generated reports and message drafts

Send personalized outreach by email, in-app message, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, and book consults through

Calendly

Run 20-minute Zoom consults: walk the lead through their own search data, show a live job search,

recommend the right package, and close

Keep HubSpot complete and accurate: every call, outcome, objection and next step

Recruit, brief, pay and measure UGC creators on TikTok and Instagram

Run weekly experiments on hooks, subject lines and call openers, and report results every Monday

Hit a monthly quota of at least 20 closed Hands-Free sales and $9,000 in new bookings once ramped

What you bring

2+ years in B2C sales, inside sales, growth marketing or career services, with a record of hitting a quota

Excellent spoken and written English; confident on video calls with US professionals

Comfort with a CRM (HubSpot preferred), Calendly and Zoom

You use AI tools daily and know how to check their output before it goes to a customer

Data-minded: you read a funnel and know which stage to fix

Bonus: experience managing creators or influencers, or selling to job seekers or international students
