NOC (Network Operations Center)

We are looking for a NOC professional to monitor and support network and IT infrastructure and provide technical assistance to users.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor network and IT systems and identify technical issues.

• Assist with basic network troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Monitor network connectivity and system availability.

• Assist users with IT systems, including the Intelligent Transport System (ITS) and related devices.

• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve network and system issues.

• Prepare basic technical reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Networking, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of computer networks, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, and switches.

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good English communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and operational environment.
