JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Support Specialist to provide functional and technical support across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and other NAV modules.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

• Provide NAV user support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Configure NAV according to approved business requirements.
• Perform minor customizations, report development, and system testing.
• Support NAV workflows, business processes, inventory costing, and procurement improvements.
• Maintain system documentation and support user training.
• Coordinate major changes and development activities with the Applications Supervisor and external developers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4 years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV support experience.
• Practical experience in NAV configuration, customization, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of NAV modules and business processes.
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central certification is preferred.
• SQL Server/database knowledge is an advantage.

Note: The role focuses primarily on NAV support, configuration, reporting, testing, and minor customization, rather than major software development.
