Product Owner

Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product vision, objectives, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and management priorities.

Requirements & User Stories: Gather business and customer needs, translating them into actionable product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Backlog Management & Prioritization: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, effort, and customer ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with developers, UX designers, and stakeholders to drive product development and clarify requirements.

Execution & Delivery: Oversee sprint progress, review completed features against acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery within agreed scope and timelines.

Product Quality & Feedback: Conduct feature demos, gather user feedback, and monitor product performance metrics to drive continuous improvements.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate product documentation, specifications, and progress reports for leadership and team alignment.
