Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Lead technical decision-making and provide guidance on system architecture.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA, DevOps) to deliver projects on time.

Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest improvements for continuous innovation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of professional programming experience in one or more of the following: C#, .NET, Angular, or similar.

Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and software architecture.

Proficiency in databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API development.

Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in leading teams or mentoring developers.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
