Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Take overall responsibility for project delivery management, including project planning, progress control, cost control, quality management, and risk management, ensuring on-time and on-quality project delivery.
2. Manage project stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, and internal teams; organize project kick-off, regular review meetings, and project acceptance to ensure smooth communication and alignment of expectations.
3. Develop and maintain the project implementation plan and budget, monitor project milestones and deliverables, and coordinate resources to resolve delivery bottlenecks and issues in a timely manner.
4. Control project risks and changes, identify potential risks in advance, formulate mitigation measures, and ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
5. Responsible for team building, skill transfer, and knowledge accumulation (including local employee cultivation and personnel echelon building) within the project team.

Service skill requirements:

1. Strong project management capabilities, proficient in project planning, progress, cost, quality, and risk management; PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
2. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
3. Strong understanding and analytical abilities, able to analyze customer requirements and develop feasible delivery plans and solutions.
4. 3-5 years of experience in telecom/ICT project delivery management, familiar with the full project delivery lifecycle.
5. Obey the global project allocation;

Requirements for professional knowledge:

1. Familiar with telecom/ICT network architectures and mainstream products (such as wireless, core network, IP, and transmission).
2. Familiar with project delivery processes, contract terms, and commercial management of the telecom industry.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to withstand pressure, and adaptability to business trips for overseas projects.
