We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Female Software QA & Client Training Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for ensuring high software quality through rigorous testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while also serving as the bridge between our software development team and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Perform functional, regression, system, and end-to-end testing across web and mobile applications.

• Design, execute, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and test cases.

• Identify, document, track, and verify software bugs and performance issues.

• Work closely with software developers to reproduce bugs, clarify requirements, and verify fixes.

• Ensure products strictly align with client requirements and quality standards before launch.

2. Client Demonstrations & Technical Training

• Deliver engaging, live software demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.

• Conduct comprehensive technical training sessions for client staff and end-users.

• Prepare user-friendly training manuals, user guides, and feature documentation.

• Collect client feedback during UAT/training sessions and translate it into actionable technical requirements for the dev team.

3. Collaboration & Skill Growth

• Act as a direct liaison between clients and internal software development teams.

• Participate in feature planning, product grooming, and sprint reviews.

• Demonstrate strong interest and willingness to learn software development concepts (understanding databases, APIs, basic code structures, and dev workflows).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technology field.

• Motivation & Passion: Energetic, self-motivated, and deeply passionate about software, digital tools, and tech trends.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written presentation skills in both Amharic and English.

• Technical Aptitude: Able to quickly master new software features, dashboards, and workflows.

• Interpersonal Skills: Confident in presenting to clients, leading workshops, and collaborating with software engineers.
