Senior Full Stack Developer (Web & Mobile)

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the end-to-end development of our in-house SaaS platforms and custom client software.

In this role, you will take technical ownership of scalable web and mobile products while actively leading, guiding, and coaching junior developers on the team. As our engineering department expands, this position offers a clear career progression path into an Engineering Lead or Technical Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web & Mobile Engineering: Architect, build, and deploy high-performance web applications and cross-platform mobile apps (iOS & Android).

• APIs & Architecture: Design secure RESTful APIs, structure scalable databases, and oversee cloud deployments (CI/CD, Docker, AWS/DigitalOcean).

• Mentorship & Quality: Lead and mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best-practice engineering standards.

• Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and company leadership to translate business logic into clean, production-ready software.

What We’re Looking For:

• Frontend Stack: Deep expertise in Next.js, React.js, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.

• Backend & Mobile: Strong backend capability (Node.js/Express, Python, or PHP) paired with mobile experience in React Native or Flutter.

• Database Stack: Solid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Supabase for scalable, real-time, and relational data modeling.

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional software development experience.

• Leadership Mindset: A passion for coaching others, solving complex technical problems, and managing project milestones.

• Location Requirement: You must reside in/near Kilinto, Koye Feche, Tulu Dimtu, Akaki, Kality, Saris, Goro, or be fully willing and able to commute to our office inside the AASTU compound for on-site collaboration.
