Position: Data Encoder
We are looking for a responsible, fast, and organized individual to join our team as a data encoding staff member. The main responsibility of this position is to accurately take the photograph of the person and encode their personal information into our system.
Responsibilities
Enter and encode photographs and personal information accurately.
Ensure that all entered information is complete and correct.
Complete assigned work within the required time.
Communicate effectively with team members when necessary.
Handle assigned data responsibly and carefully.
Requirements
Education: High school graduate
Age**:** 18–22 years old.
Basic computer skills.
Fast and accurate typing/data entry ability.
Good communication skills.
Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn. Owning a phone with a decent/good camera quality is required.
Female applicants and recent high school graduates are especially encouraged to apply.
Payment: 3 ETB per successfully encoded person/data.Payment will be based on the number of records accurately encoded.Currently there is around 25,000 personal data to be encoded.
