What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years in hardware/software troubleshooting, network support, and helpdesk operations.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
