School Account Manager

Endless HaHu is a fun learning app for young children.

Kids learn Amharic, English, maths and more through cartoons, songs and games.

We also offer schools a simple system to manage students, fees, attendance and parent messages.

We are hiring 8 fresh graduates as School Account Managers.

No sales experience needed.

Our Sales and Business Development Manager will train you from day one.

Where you’ll work

Addis Ababa, visiting schools across the city every day.

Later, the team will grow to Hawassa, Dire Dawa, Adama and Bishoftu.

What you’ll do

Visit kindergartens and schools in your area.

Present Endless HaHu and our school management system to directors and owners.

Sign schools up as partners.

Run parent sessions at schools and subscribe parents on the spot.

Show KG teachers how to use the app in class.

Help schools start using the school management system.

Follow up with your schools so more parents join.

Report your visits, schools and subscriptions every day.

What we need from you

A recent degree or diploma, in any field.

Education, marketing, business or IT is a plus.

Fluent Amharic. Basic English for reports.

You like talking to people you have never met.

You can hear “no” and walk into the next school.

You are comfortable showing an app on a tablet or laptop.

You are honest. Every subscription is checked.

Some weekend parent sessions.

Salary negotiable on your test result.

Performance pay against clear, written targets.

Targets start low and rise as you learn.

5% commission on every parent subscription through your schools, with no ceiling.

5% commission on every school management system you sell.

A field allowance and a demo tablet.

A full-time, permanent contract with a 60-working-day probation.

This role works with schools and young children.

All staff work to our Child-Safety Standard.
