Backend Developer

We’re looking for a Backend Developer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our team.

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development
• Strong hands-on experience with NestJS, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Intermediate-level experience with Spring Boot and Java for developing and maintaining RESTful services
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, including modular design, dependency injection, and clean architecture
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and ORM frameworks including TypeORM, Prisma, JPA, or Hibernate
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT, OAuth2, and RBAC
• Good understanding of caching strategies using technologies such as Redis
• Experience with Docker and containerized application development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git
• Understanding of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Strong understanding of backend security best practices, including input validation, secure authentication and authorization, and protection against common web vulnerabilities
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional development team
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver high-quality, maintainable code
