Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and motivated IT Specialist to join our organization and provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience

• Practical experience in IT support, networking, or system administration is an advantage is recommended.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, and IT equipment.

• Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

• Manage and maintain network connectivity, internet, and related systems.

• Maintain company websites, software, and other IT systems when required.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.

• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT resources.

• Monitor IT equipment and recommend necessary upgrades or improvements.

• Maintain proper documentation of IT systems and equipment.
