Social Media Manager

Job Description

Central Hills Real Estate Development is looking for a creative, strategic and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our digital presence, strengthen our brand image and generate qualified leads for our real estate projects.

The ideal candidate must understand social media trends, content strategy, digital advertising and audience engagement, with the ability to turn online attention into real business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, videos and property promotions.
• Coordinate photography, videography, property tours and project-related content production.
• Plan, launch and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to generate qualified property leads.
• Monitor messages, comments, inquiries, engagement and campaign performance.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor competitors, emerging trends and new opportunities in real estate digital marketing.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert social media leads into appointments and potential property sales.
• Maintain a consistent, premium and professional brand image across all platforms.

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant social media or digital marketing experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising, audience targeting and lead generation.
• Excellent writing, communication, creativity and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to interpret analytics and improve campaign performance using data.
• Knowledge of TikTok and YouTube content strategies is an advantage.
• Must currently reside in Addis Ababa.
• Organized, proactive, creative and able to meet deadlines.
