VACANCY — ODOO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT / ERP BUSINESS ANALYST

Home Link Technology Solutions (HLTS) is expanding its Odoo ERP implementation team and is looking for capable Odoo Functional Consultants / ERP Business Analysts.

Engagement: Full-Time | Part-Time | Freelance / Project-Based
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — remote/office work with on-site client visits as required.

We are looking for professionals who can take functional responsibility for the end-to-end Odoo implementation lifecycle, particularly using Odoo Community Edition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct client discovery meetings and requirements gathering
• Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes
• Prepare BRD/BRS and functional requirements
• Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and map requirements to Odoo
• Identify standard Odoo Community functionality vs. customization requirements
• Configure and implement Odoo Community modules
• Prepare functional specifications for developers
• Define workflows, approvals, user roles and access rights
• Support master-data preparation and data migration
• Prepare test scenarios and conduct functional testing
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Track functional gaps, issues and change requests
• Prepare user manuals and training materials
• Conduct key-user and end-user training
• Support go-live and post-implementation stabilization
• Work directly with clients, developers and project management

REQUIRED ODOO FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have practical implementation experience in most of these core modules/business areas:

• Finance & Accounting
• Purchase / Procurement
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Sales & CRM
• HR / Employee Management
• Payroll
• Attendance

Additional experience is desirable in:

• Import / International Procurement
• Project & Cost Management
• Multi-Company / Multi-Branch Operations
• Budget Management
• Biometric Attendance Integration
• Reporting & Management Dashboards
• Electronic Invoicing / API Integration

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years ERP/Odoo implementation experience; 3+ years preferred
• Participation in at least 3 end-to-end Odoo implementations
• Practical Odoo Community Edition experience strongly preferred
• Ability to independently handle requirements → BRD/BRS → configuration → testing → UAT → training → go-live
• Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales/CRM, HR and Payroll processes
• Ability to distinguish standard Odoo functionality from customization requirements
• Strong business analysis, documentation and client communication skills
