Job Summary
FG Business Group invites qualified candidates to apply for the ICT Professional position. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the company's ICT systems, infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, software, and technical support services across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage computer systems, networks, internet, software, and ICT equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintain cybersecurity, data backups, user access, and information confidentiality.
- Monitor ICT assets and coordinate technology-related activities across departments.
- Support business applications, email systems, and digital tools.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant ICT experience.
- Strong skills in networking, system administration, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
