Compensation: 25,000–35,000 ETB/month for up to 40 hours/week, based on experience and ability

About the Role

Omega AI Operations is hiring an experienced Technical Operations & Automation Lead to build, integrate, troubleshoot, test, monitor, and maintain AI-powered business systems and automations.

This is not a basic no-code position. We need someone who can independently solve real technical problems and take ownership of production systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years relevant professional experience

• Make.com and/or n8n

• REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth

• ClickUp and Google Workspace integrations

• Troubleshooting, testing, monitoring, retries, and error handling

• Ability to work with third-party API documentation

• Strong spoken and written English

• Reliable computer and high-speed internet

• Regular U.S. Eastern Time overlap

Preferred Skills

OpenAI/AI APIs, JavaScript, Python, SQL, Meta/Facebook APIs, Twilio, Git, backend development, integration engineering, SaaS, monitoring/logging, and security/credential management.

Automation Engineers, Integration Engineers, Backend/Full-Stack Developers, API Engineers, Solutions Engineers, and Technical Operations Engineers are encouraged to apply.

Portfolio

A technical portfolio is strongly preferred.

Include links to any GitHub, software, applications, automation workflows, API integrations, AI systems, dashboards, demos, or other projects you have built.

Briefly explain what you personally built or contributed to.

Responsibilities

Work may include:

• Make.com/n8n automation

• APIs and webhooks

• ClickUp and Google integrations

• OpenAI/AI integrations

• Meta/Facebook integrations

• OAuth/authentication

• Monitoring and failure recovery

• Testing and QA

• Technical documentation

• Production troubleshooting

You should be able to take a business requirement, determine the technical approach, build it, test it, document it, and maintain it.

Additional Hours

The technical workload begins at up to 20 hours/week.

Additional hours may be available for related business operations such as ClickUp administration, documentation, SOPs, QA, research, reporting, workflow management, and implementation support—allowing up to approximately 40 hours/week.

Technical work remains the primary responsibility.
