IT Specialist

Hill Bottom Properties looking for an experienced IT Specialist to manage and support the company’s Odoo ERP system, network infrastructure, hardware, data security, backups, and day-to-day technical support. The role will work across departments to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Odoo user accounts, access rights, technical settings, configurations, and backups.

• Provide first-line technical support for Odoo-related issues and coordinate with Odoo developers when required.

• Configure and maintain Odoo controls and workflows in line with company requirements.

• Maintain network and IT infrastructure to ensure reliable system availability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve critical IT issues within established response times.

• Manage daily automated cloud/off-site backups and conduct regular restore verification.

• Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper asset tagging in Odoo.

• Install and manage software and IT licenses while ensuring compliance.

• Support data security and protect company and employee information.

• Provide technical support to all departments and ensure IT services are available across the organization.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in ERP administration or IT systems administration.

• Experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, system security, and data backup.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and user-support skills.

• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments.
