Meba Microfinance Institution Share Company is a Microfinance institution to provide financial and non-financial services to the productive poor in urban and rural areas of Ethiopia. Meba MFI invites competent and qualified candidates for Head Office post for following positions.
Position: Information Technology Administration Division ManagerTAB)
Job Summary:
- Core Banking System (CBS) & App Management: Oversees the performance, updates, and maintenance of the MFI's Core Banking software and digital lending/mobile money platforms.
- Infrastructure & Network Administration: Ensures continuous connectivity between the head office and rural/urban branches, managing servers, hardware, and backup power solutions.
- Data Security & Regulatory Compliance: Implements strict cybersecurity measures to protect customer financial data and ensures IT operations align with central bank electronic-banking regulations
Work place: Head office.
Requirements
Required Qualification:
- Hold a minimum of first degree from a recognized higher learning institution in BSC degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related
Work Experience:
- A total of 6 years of experience A total of 3 years of related experience out of which at list two years on senior position
- Good knowledge of IT principles, concepts and practices
- Good knowledge of computer systems security development and administration
