Senior Officer, IT Quality Assurance

To support the establishment and implementation of the Bank’s Enterprise IT Quality Assurance (ITQA) function by conducting independent, risk-based quality assurance reviews and technical validation of IT applications, core banking systems, digital channels, infrastructure, databases, integrations, projects, changes, and IT services. The role ensures that technology solutions and services are assessed against approved business requirements, technical standards, operational needs, risk controls, and quality criteria throughout their lifecycle. It contributes to preventing technology failures, reducing operational risks, improving system reliability, and strengthening the overall quality of the Bank’s technology environment.

Education:

Bachelor's/ B.Sc. Degree in information Science, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or in related fields.

Experience:

At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent.
