Cloud Engineer

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure to support the company's fintech platforms and digital financial services.
• Deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and related container orchestration technologies.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and maintenance using Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Collaborate with DevOps and software development teams to build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes cluster performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure system reliability.
• Implement cloud security best practices, including access management, network security, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Configure and maintain cloud networking, load balancers, DNS, firewalls, and secure communication between infrastructure components.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance management solutions using appropriate tools and technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to minimize service disruptions.
• Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, high-availability, and business continuity solutions for critical systems.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization, infrastructure capacity, and operational costs while maintaining performance and scalability.
• Manage infrastructure updates, Kubernetes upgrades, security patches, and configuration changes in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, infrastructure architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and deployment guidelines.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, backend development, database, and other technology teams to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient delivery of fintech services.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, DevOps, or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance is mandatory.
