Position: Senior Computer Marker Design

Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in marker-making software such as Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or equivalent CAD systems.
• Strong knowledge of garment pattern layouts and fabric utilization techniques.
• Understanding of fabric characteristics, shading issues, fabric defects, and cutting processes.
• Ability to prepare accurate cut plans for bulk production.
• Ability to analyze and optimize marker efficiency to minimize fabric wastage.
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality requirements.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Garment Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
• Additional training in Computer Marker Making and CAD systems is an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Computer Marker Making in a garment manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in marker adjustment, mini-marker preparation, and handling special marker requirements.
• Experience collaborating with Cutting, Technical, and Production teams.
