IT Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and motivated IT Officer to manage and maintain the organization's information technology systems, ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and networks, and provide technical support to staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT equipment, ensuring data security, and supporting the effective use of technology within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain computer networks and internet connectivity.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees.
• Maintain data security, system backups, and appropriate access controls.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Maintain IT equipment, software licenses, and technical documentation.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of information systems.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and efficient operation of IT infrastructure.

Qualifications and Requirements
