IT System Developer and Support Officer
Main Goal: Design, write, and test new software As well as Customize and maintain already developed software. Keep office computers, networks, and systems running smoothly
Core Tasks:
Write clean code using programming languages.
Fix bugs and test applications.
Build databases and connect APIs.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Install new programs and set up user accounts.
Help staff via phone, email, or ticketing system
Skills Needed: Strong coding skills on Laravel, PHP and MySQL, logical thinking, and knowledge of software development tools. Problem-solving, customer service, and knowledge of Windows operating system
