Project Manager

Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage software and technology projects.

• Define project scope, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.

• Coordinate project teams and monitor progress.

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the agreed scope.

• Prepare project plans, progress reports, and other project documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1-3 year of experience in project coordination or project management.

• Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

• English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken skills are mandatory for drafting official reports, communicating with international partners, and maintaining compliance.

• Oromo Proficiency: Fluency or native-level command (reading, writing, and speaking) is required when projects operate directly within regional communities or local government sectors.
