Junior Infrastructure & Network Officer

1. Participate in the design, implementation, administration, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers etc.

2.  Assist senior Infrastructure and Networking Officer in creating accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.

3. Participate in the Follow-up of whether installations are completed on time, cost and quality, so as to minimize operational and project risk and ensure costs are contained.

4. Assist senior Infrastructure and Networking Officer on Test and handover of implemented solutions conducted as per organizational standards, therefore reducing the risk and adverse impact of change Key challenges.

5. Participate in the assessment of operational and security infrastructure needs at the organization.

6. Register and maintain an up-to-date inventory of all infrastructure equipment’s.

7. Liaise directly with end users to clarify, analyze and resolve reported issues, delivering high standards of customer service.

8.  Participate in tasks of Providing ICT related support, by reviewing the Scheme’s needs, in terms of computerization, telecommunication, and other technology.

9. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

Education

BSC in Information Technology/Computer Science or other related fields

             0-1 Years’ Experience
