Sales Representative – Lemat Restaurant Software

We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to introduce and sell Lemat, our restaurant management solution, to restaurants and cafés in Addis Ababa.

Responsibilities:

• Find and approach potential restaurant clients.

• Demonstrate Lemat and explain its features.

• Follow up with leads and close sales.

• Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers.

• Meet monthly sales targets and report sales activities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Previous sales experience is an advantage.

• Experience in software, POS, SaaS, hospitality, or B2B sales is a plus.

Compensation:

Fixed Monthly Salary + Commission on Successful Sales
